Enjoy outdoor living year-round, soaking up the sun and ocean breeze on the balcony, or in the expansive garden. You may even spot a whale or two during the migration months!
Sea Gazza is in walking distance of the 18-hole championship golf course and Country Club, Bermagui beaches (Main beach and Beares beach), Blue Pool, Bermagui wharf, local shops and cafes.

The owners may stay at the property on rare occasions in the fully self-contained studio. You will continue to have exclusive access to the house, garage and backyard.
