Lounge/Dining/Kitchen: The property features a downstairs living area with reverse cycle air-conditioner, flat screen television and plenty of lounge space. Downstairs also has a bathroom and laundry.
The upstairs living area is all open with a flat screen television, lounge chairs, a large 10 x seater dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs also has a spare toilet.
Rumpus/Games Room: The property has a games room equipped with table tennis table, spare fridge/freezer and 1 x Set Bunks
Outdoor entertaining: the outdoor entertaining area is complete with a large outdoor table and chairs and a Bbq to cook up your catch of the day!
Linen - Guests will need to bring your own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

Plenty of off-street boat parking.
