Spectacular uninterrupted panoramic views . Fronting beach reserve, it is a short stroll through the sand dunes to the beach. Located in a quiet area, it is a short walk to cafes & shops.

Spacious 3 bedroom townhouse: Upstairs has open plan living/dining/kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom and fabulous balcony for alfresco dining and whale watching. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, sitting room and combined bathroom/laundry. The sitting room has a sofa bed for extra sleeping.

Electric heating and air conditioning.

Internal stairs and external stairs from deck.

Wi-Fi is available at this property, as we are in a regional area, service cannot be guaranteed.

Garage is not available to guests.

Linen - Guests need to supply their own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

Strictly no pets allowed.

Not suitable for boat parking or fishing groups. No smoking.

We have stayed at this wonderful property many, many times and have another booking coming up. There is everything you need in the town house and the views can’t be bettered in my opinion.

Have stayed at Breakwater twice now and will be back! The location is to die for, and the unit excellently appointed. The deck and view is the start attraction, but also everything works, the kitchen has a great range of utensils so you can eat in or dine out. Booking and check in is easy. And Bermagui and and surrounds are an absolute coastal gem.

I have stayed at this lovely unit several times and was fortunate enough to have recently spent a full month here. The accommodation is good, the deck marvellous and the views are fantastic. The beach is a short walk from the unit. Who could ask for more!

Love this apartment

We stayed a week at "Breakwater" and enjoyed every minute. The view from the lounge room and the large veranda is spectacular. The apartment is close enough to town that you can easily walk in to breakfast, lunch or dinner. The decor is nice and beachy and easy going helping you relax from when you first step thru the door.
