Great for family or group accommodation to allow all to gather whilst offering some separate space in the downstairs rumpus room. If you can't leave your beloved dog at home, feel free to bring them although they must be left outside in the fully enclosed yard.
Fisherman can be at ease with large amounts of boat parking.

Bedroom 4: 1x Double bed
Bedroom 5: Also used as a rumpus room - Perfect for the kids. 2 x Single beds 2 x 3 seater lounges and a large flat screen television.
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen: 6 seater dining table as well as a separate 4 seater table, two spacious and modern lounges, large flat screen television, bar, fully equipped kitchen and all with the gorgeous view of dog friendly Bear's Beach.
All linen provided - Beach Towels are required.
Pets are welcome although outside only. Large fenced yard offers plenty of space for your pet to roam around. Limit of ONE dog unless by prior written arrangement. The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund if dogs are inside or there are noise complaints.
Easy boat parking and secure yard.
Smoking is not permitted.
