This double storey townhouse is your home away from home in Bermagui, With Wi-Fi

Located at the top of the town in Bermagui, this property is a short walk to beaches, cafes, supermarket and the award winning Bermagui Blue Pool.

You will realise upon entry how much bigger this townhouse is than it looks. The generous sizing, along with the modern furnishings, will make you comfortable from the first moment.

Walking in you enter the lounge area with a large corner lounge, coffee table, reverse cycle air-conditioning, smart television and modern decor.

Walking through to the back of the bottom level you go past the 4th bedroom which has a fold out double bed which is very comfortable and ensuite. Going further through you come to the dining area with 6 seater dining table.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large oven and stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all other necessities to cook a feast.

The laundry has a washer, dryer and another toilet. It opens up into the back courtyard with large outdoor setting and BBQ.

Going upstairs you have 3 bedrooms and a main bathroom.

The main bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity, mirror cabinet and a toilet.

Located on the northern side of the bridge, right near 777 supermarket, Octopii café and Mermaids boutique, you will feel right at home in Outlook 1.

Moorhead beach is a 5 minute walk from the unit and a 10 minute walk to the Marina.

The unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need, including a dishwasher!

The sun-filled living area is comfortably fitted out with a television and seating for all the family.

Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a shower, separate toilet, and laundry. Also downstairs is the kitchen/living/dining.

Upstairs there is the main bedroom with ensuite including bath, shower and vanity. There is also a mezzanine with a futon – This can accommodate 1 extra person.
