The rich lake birdlife can be appreciated from the house – sea eagles, pelicans, mangrove herons, cormorants, kingfishers, terns, spoonbills and black swans.

The house is surrounded by 150m of lake frontage on Cuttagee Lake. kayak, canoe or use the stand-up paddleboard to appreciate all the lake has to offer. Take a stroll to the glade where you will find the resident kangaroos.

Woollybutts is a 6-minute drive to Cuttagee or Barragoot beach and 10-minute Drive to Bermagui offering cafe’s, restaurants and boutique shops.

This beautiful home is constructed of compressed earth bricks and took 5 years to complete. 3 bedroom’s featuring high ceilings, ornate stained-glass windows and glass doors opening onto the views of the lake and garden with outdoor spaces to discover and enjoy.

From the front patio you can enjoy stunning lake views and surrounded by a mixture of native parkland vegetation and exquisite specimen trees including Japanese Maples and Camelia.
