Spectacular views from this absolute beach front property with private stairway to the beach. Watch the waves rolling in from the ocean facing master bedroom, either of the two decks or sit out on the cliff top viewing platform with a glass of wine at dusk watching the whales and dolphins pass by.

The property is split level with the kitchen and large dining room on the lower level. The dining table seats 10 and opens through folding doors onto an ocean facing deck. There are three bedrooms and lounge room with Smart TV half a floor up on the middle level. Top floor parent’s retreat on the upper level facing the ocean. This level has a master bedroom, ensuite,
private lounge room with Smart T.V, wet bar and folding doors opening onto a full length deck.

There are many places from which you can enjoy the breath taking views including the two full length decks, the viewing platform, the various platforms breaking the private stairway to the beach, or even from bed in the master bedroom. This really is the closest thing to being on the beach.

Cuttagee is located just 8 kilometers south of Bermagui and has a lake (northern end of Cuttagee Beach). The lake is a great spot for young children to paddle and swim or to kayak, stand up paddle board, fish and prawn- in season.

There is a coastal walk into Bermagui, other beaches along the way through the sand dunes and scenic forests.
Bermagui offers a fantastic array of cafes, restaurants and wine bars.
