Linen - Guests will need to bring their own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Dogs are welcome inside house although pets are not allowed on the furniture or carpeted areas. The backyard is fully fenced. Limit of One dog unless by prior written arrangement.
The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund if there are noise complaints.
Parking for 2-3 cars and 2 x boat.
No smoking inside.
