Enjoy the view from the wide verandas nestled in the hills above Central Tilba. Set on 8 acres yet just a short walk to cafes, Tilba Cheese factory & local artisan craft shops. Short drive to the pristine 1080, Mystery Bay & Camel Rock beaches. 15 Minutes to Bermagui and 10 minutes to Narooma.

This spacious & comfortable 3 bedroom timber home is located at the base of Gulaga - Mt Dromedary & is a great base to explore the walking tracks of Gulaga and Little Dromedary mountains.

The cool breezes easily flow through in summer and the combustion fire will keep you toasty warm in winter.

Pets allowed inside. Secure verandah but not secure yard. Pets should be responsible with wildlife. Limit of One pet unless by prior written arrangement. Please note there is a resident horse in the paddock. The horse is very friendly.
Nb - guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet - eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property. Also the holiday tenancy may be cancelled immediately without refund if there are noise complaints.

Linen - Guests will need to bring their own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

Not suitable for boat parking or fishing groups.

Smoking not permitted.

Access from car to main door is by a number of stairs - some of which are quite steep. House is less suitable for people with limited mobility.

Please note the driveway is fairly steep.

No Rubbish Collection at this Property guests will need to remove when departing.

Very enjoyable time

We had a wonderful time here. With stunning views all the way to the sea, and wrap around balconies, the house was all we could have wanted. Great birdwatching around the house and only a short walk to the village. The kids had a great time exploring the property. There was plenty of space for everyone.

We were most impressed with the property and will try to return for the winter. The views were fantastic, the location very peaceful yet a short stroll to town. In our opinion the property is not what we’d describe as rustic or cabin like. It’s solid and exudes quality from yesteryear.
