This unit has it all!

Located on the northern side of the bridge, right near 777 supermarket, Octopii café and Mermaids boutique, you will feel right at home in Outlook 1.

Moorhead beach is a 5 minute walk from the unit and a 10 minute walk to the Marina.

The unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need, including a dishwasher!

The sun-filled living area is comfortably fitted out with a television and seating for all the family.

Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a shower, separate toilet, and laundry. Also downstairs is the kitchen/living/dining.

Upstairs there is the main bedroom with ensuite including bath, shower and vanity. There is also a mezzanine with a futon (This can accommodate 1 extra person) .

Due to this unit being at the front of the complex there is plenty of boat parking. Please note the garage is not included.

Linen ALL LINEN IS PROVIDED Beach towels not included .

Smoking and pets not permitted.
