This house is located high up on a point, overlooking Wallaga Lake and the coastline and the tropical, fully fenced garden is perfect for your beloved dog to run around in!
The house layout is as follows:
Lounge/Dining/Kitchen- walk into the lounge area and look out the window toward the stunning Wallaga Lake. The comfortable lounges sit in front of a slow combustion fire and gas heater. Around the corner the dining area also looks out over the lake and the fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to stay in and cook with the comforts of a microwave, dishwasher and more. There is also a sunroom with a lounge to sit and read or just bask in the sun!
Bedroom One- has a Queen size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a sitting chair. The bedroom opens up to a lovely, sunny sitting area with cane chairs and a flat screen television.
Bedroom Two- has a Queen size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, dressing table and a built in wardrobe.
Laundry- with washing machine and dryer.
Enjoy the aspect from the beautiful deck throughout the day. Downstairs there is a gas BBQ to be used whilst in the garden area. This is the perfect location to get away from it all!
3kms to the National Trust heritage village of Central Tilba, and 6kms to beautiful Bermagui with it's cafes, marina and shops.
Linen : GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Dogs are welcome inside house. The property has 1.2m high fences. Limit of ONE dog unless by prior written arrangement. The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund if there are noise complaints.

Very private and a great property layout. Floors, tables and bathroom very dirty. Needs a good clean. Very relaxing stay!

The location of the Lakehouse is fantastic. Close enough to everything yet far enough away. The hidden trail out the back to the lake was such a blessing and the grapefruit on the tree was abundant and very much appreciated. We felt such at home from the moment we walked inside. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thank you.

We stayed at the Lake House for 7 days , as part of a 3 month road trip with our dogs. The house was very clean and tidy and was stocked with everything you would need. The yard was well fenced for the dogs and it was a very short walk down a track to the lake. Would recommend this house to anyone.
