Linen - guests will need to bring your own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Pets permitted outside only - Fully fenced yard, however entrance gates must be closed. Guests may wish to bring shelter for their pet in case of extreme heat or rain.
Please note -The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints. Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property.
Garage not for use.
Driveway offers off street parking for boats and cars.
Smoking not permitted.

Excellent coastal accommodation
Linda S - 13th March 2025I have used this accommodation for the past 6 years every February for 9 days at a time and love it! The house is very well maintained and seems even better each year!!! Furnishings are comfortable and the beds are great. My two dogs are welcome in the pet friendly secure backyard.
