There are 2 fridges with their own freezers and a large freezer downstairs shared with Unit 2. The kitchen is fully equippedand the BBQ tocook your catch whilst enjoying the views to Montague Island. The property also has an additional toilet downstairs and a shared laundry and clothes line with the bottom unit.
The layout of the house has been planned to accommodate maximum bedding so you can bring a group of friends and share the accommodation cost.
PLEASE NOTE: THE THIRD BEDROOM IS NOT A SEPARATE BEDROOM- THE BEDS ARE IN THE LIVING AREA.
Linen : GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING ALL THEIR OWN BEDDINGINCLUDING SHEETS, PILLOWS & DOONAS.
Sheet and towel hire is available by prior arrangement.
Pets not permitted.
Ample boat parking.
