Light filled and generously sized home is great to host families, fishermen, golfers and any water enthusiast. Easy to spread out and relax gazing at Mt Gulaga. Fantastic central location close to all Bermagui has to offer - beaches, river, cafes, shops, golf course and country club.
When walking into the property you will notice the large lounge room with huge flat screen TV and plenty of room to relax.
Next to the kitchen, the dining area has another flat screen TV and can be sectioned off with a curtain to provide a second lounge area.
The main bedroom has a queen bed with electric blanket, TV & bedside tables and lamps.
The second bedroom has two sets of single bunk beds.
The third bedroom has a queen bed with electric blanket, bedside tables and a cot.
The fourth bedroom has a tri-bunk and a single bed as well as a recliner chair to relax and read in!
The first bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. The second bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and vanity.
The lovely north facing deck has an outdoor setting and BBQ as well as views looking over Gulaga mountain.
Linen : GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Boat parking and a double garage.
No pets allowed.
Smoking is not permitted.
