The Boat House Starboard is a unique holiday property fronting onto Bermagui River.
Lazily watching the ever present Pelicans or shucking oysters literally metres from the back door step are favourite activities.
Speak to any local fisherman and he will tell you fishing here is one of the best fishing spots in Bermagui and only being metres from the BBQ and dinner table.
Whilst not fishing, enjoy amazing sunsets across the river estuary or snorkel through a panorama of marine activity.
Easy access by foot to brilliant local attractions and facilities.
A short walk from The Boat House Starboard is the Bermagui Wetlands and beyond to Moorheads Beach, this walk will surprise in its diversity from freshwater turtles and swans to the rugged surf beach only meters to the east.
For the keen fishermen there are cleaning facilities next to the river and boat drop off.
ALL LINEN IS PROVIDED, although you may want to bring your favourite beach towel.
PLEASE NOTE: SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES, THE BACKYARD IS NOT FENCED.
AT TIMES THE RIVER CAN FLOW QUICKLY AND HAS DEEP WATER.
THE BOAT HOUSE STARBOARD DOES NOT HAVE BOAT ACCESS TO THE BERMAGUI RIVER .
No pets permitted.
On site is a large open area with parking and cleaning area for 1 boat with trailer.
No fish cleaning inside the house.
A freezer is provided for all the fish you catch but this must be bagged and clean with the responsibility to leave the freezer clean.
$500 Security Bond applies to all bookings

2 single beds in 2nd bedroom,
Main Unit has Shower/ Separate Toilet, Laundry
4 single beds in 3rd bedroom (can be converted to double beds with linen in the bedroom cupboard) This bedroom is attached to the unit with a separate entry door equipped with bathroom (Shower/Toilet) , TV and DVD Player, Lounge area .
*Please note the 3rd bedroom & Ensuite is accessed from an external door, just 2m from the front entrance*

Fantastic water front propertySareh - 8th June 2020
We loved staying in this property, with its magnificent river view and peaceful neighbourhood. The house was very clean and equipped and is in a walking distance from the town centre. The advert doesn't list many features in the house but we found the property well equipped with appliances like heater and gas BBQ. Andrew, the owner, staying next door was a wonderful person to chat with. Cannot be happier with our choice.
