House layout is as below-

Lounge/Dining/Kitchen: Located upstairs with the views out to the Pacific Ocean at the front and Gulaga Mountain at the back. There is an eight seater dining table, lounge seating for 5 people, coffee table with chess board, flat screen TV and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Main Bedroom: Queen size bed, 2x bedside tables with lamps, built in wardrobes and a chair with cushions to sit and read. This bedroom faces Beares Beach so wake up to the amazing view!

Second Bedroom: Two single beds, 2x bedside tables with lamps and built in wardrobes.

Third bed: Located downstairs, this bedroom has 2x single bunk beds. It doubles as a rumpus/games room with a TV and a table tennis table to keep the kids occupied!

Bathrooms: upstairs there is a full bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and vanity. Downstairs there is a shower and toilet off the laundry.

Linen : GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.

No smoking or pets allowed.

Boat parking is permitted on road only.

The house is located across the road from Beares Beach. The house is 80's decorated. Compact and functional but needs a little love and attention.

Great property to stay.Clean and well equiped. Kids loved the game available for non beach days.
