The unit is one floor up and offers an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double and 2 sets of singles) and 2 bathrooms. Walk down stairs for a selection of cafes and shops or enjoy a stroll on the iconic Horseshoe Bay Beach.
Linen : GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN LINEN: Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Please note that whilst there is adequate ducted heating at this property, the fireplace cannot be used.
Also please note that the property is accessed by a flight of stairs.
This property is not suitable for pets.
No boat parking and not suitable for fishing groups.
Strictly no smoking.
