This spacious, tastefully decorated holiday home comprises 3 bedrooms, open plan living area, 3 outdoor entertaining areas, 1 bathroom and 2 powder rooms. Enjoy the peaceful surrounds of the well established gardens or a short bush walk to the stunning Barragga Bay Beach.
Only 10 minute drive to the Bermagui township, or 30 minutes to Tathra. Close proximity to Mimosa Winery and the popular Four Winds Festival.
The home has a large open plan living area, timber floors, expansive forest views, high ceilings, washing machine, dryer, TV, DVD, Smart TV with Netflix & internet capable (Pls note you will need to use your own hotspot).
Open plan kitchen is very well equipped for holiday guests and includes quality appliances and a dishwasher.
There are 3 outdoor settings in different locations around the property, Weber gas BBQ on the deck and wood fired BBQ in the garden courtyard area.
A slow combustion wood heater will warm you in the living room and electric wall heaters in each bedroom. Ceiling fans are in the main living area too.
There is much wonderful birdsong from the spotted gum forrest as an added bonus from a plethora of feathered friends - whip birds, wattle birds, bower birds, wonga pigeons, king parrots, lorikeets and rosellas - just to name a few.
ALL LINEN IS PROVIDED, although you may want to bring your favourite beach towel.
Please note: This property is available for a minimum of 7 days at any time of the year.
No smoking and no pets permitted
Off street parking is available for 3 cars or 2 cars and a boat. The driveway is about 2 cars wide and 25meters long.
$1000 Security Bond applies to all bookings

Beautiful bush setting, spacious, everything you could possibly need at the house. 5 min walk to 2 beaches. 7 min drive to town. Loved it.
